This is a bright apartment 60 mq2 wide, it is located at the second floor in a typical 30’s building with elevator and a nice quite private courtyard.It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Enjoy your stay in Rome like a Roman; our apartment is completely independent and perfect for everyone who wants to have a home-base to relax and live the City with our special Italian style !

The apartment is composed of: a large entrance hall with fully equipped American kitchen; a master bedroom with a double bed with orthopaedic mattress and a big closet; a large independent living room/living area, with a double green sofa bed with orthopaedic mattress. Next to the green sofa bed there is a second sofa bed which according to your needs turns into single or double bed for adults with orthopaedic mattress. In the full bathroom you will find our special Jacuzzi shower.

The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Elevator, air conditioning in all rooms, central heating, sheets, blankets and towels, unlimited wi-fi internet access, unlimited Italian phone calls, washing machine, TV with DVD player and its library, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, American and Espresso coffee machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner. Upon prior request we can provide you a baby cot.

If you are arriving by car and you need a secure private garage to park it, we have 2 options available for you: 1) a small garage – it is only available for a small city car for example a FIAT 500 or FIAT Panda – it is located in Via della Cava Aurelia 173 about 3 kms far from the apartment. 2) a larger garage located about 3 kms far from the apartment in Via Angelo di Pietro 1 – available for a bigger car (not station wagon). Both garages have an extra cost of €15 per day to pay in cash upon arrival – discounts are available for over 3 nights parking-stay. Free parkings are available on the streets around the apartment inside the white lines.

Pay-per-hour parkings are available on the streets around the apartment inside the blue lines. Blue parkings are free during week-ends and after 7/8pm. Please refer to the signs on the street about timing. Distances with principal connections: 6 km – Termini Station – reachable by Metro in 15 minutes In 30 km – Ciampino Airport G.B. Pastine (famous for its low cost flights) In 25 km – Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci Airport Upon request we can arrange private transfers from and to the airports for a very reasonable price.

ARRIVAL BY CAR: The apartment is located outside the ZTL area (Limited Traffic Zone) so you can easily park your car in the streets around the apartment where you will find free parkings (inside the white lines) and metered parking inside the blue lines (fee is about €1,50 per hour during the day).
