- Arrival between 00:00 and 07:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
- Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: it's important to accept and respect the house rules, especially the noise part, it is totally prohibited to hold parties or make noise from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m.
- Respectful behaviour is requested at all times. The apartment has a large terrace which can be used. Take into account it is suitable for solo travellers and families (and families with children). If you do not fall in these categories, please inquire before booking, explaining more about yourselves, ages and reason of stay.
- It is strictly forbidden to invite others at the apartment. Should you be expecting anyone, always let us know for approval. It is also forbidden to move the furniture which is inside the apartment aswell as on the terrace. It is also not allowed to move or touch the plants.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible rate: free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in, with everything you paid refunded. Cancel between 3 and 7 days before check-in and we refund 50% of the accommodation plus the full cleaning fee. Inside 3 days, or if you do not show up, the stay is not refundable. Non-refundable rate: 10% cheaper, no refund and no date changes once paid. Tourist tax is paid on arrival, so it is never charged if you cancel.
