Rates and terms
Flexible rate: free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in, with everything you paid refunded. Cancel between 3 and 7 days before check-in and we refund 50% of the accommodation plus the full cleaning fee. Inside 3 days, or if you do not show up, the stay is not refundable. Non-refundable rate: 10% cheaper, no refund and no date changes once paid. Tourist tax is paid on arrival, so it is never charged if you cancel.
Bookings made 7 or more days before arrival can also be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of booking. On the Flexible rate you can change your dates free of charge until the same free-cancellation deadline.
How to cancel
Email info@enjoyapartments.com with your booking number. The date that counts is the date we receive your email.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 3 business days of the cancellation. How long the money takes to appear in your account depends on your card issuer.
