1. Service provider
Bookings made on this website are contracted with ENJOY HOLIDAYS, S.L., tax ID B63936710, Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes 608, 8º C, 08007 Barcelona, Spain, which manages the apartments. Contact: info@enjoyapartments.com, +34 93 343 7074. By making a booking you accept these Terms & Conditions.
2. Price and payment
The total price is shown before you confirm, with taxes included and cleaning and any extras listed separately. Payment is made by card through a secure payment gateway with strong customer authentication (3D Secure). ENJOY HOLIDAYS, S.L. never stores your card details.
3. Tourist tax
Tourist tax is set by the authorities of each destination and is not part of the accommodation price. The amount and how it is collected depend on the destination and are shown on the listing and in your confirmation. If you cancel, no tourist tax is charged.
4. Security deposit
Some apartments require a security deposit to cover possible damage, which may be charged or held on your card before arrival. The amount is shown before you book. The deposit is refunded or released in full after check-out if there is no damage, within 10 business days at most. If there is damage, we tell you the amount deducted and why.
5. Extra services
Extras (early check-in, late check-out, transfers, welcome packs and similar) are paid separately. If an extra is not provided for a reason attributable to ENJOY HOLIDAYS, S.L., it is refunded in full.
6. Cancellations and changes
Your cancellation terms are those of the rate you booked, shown before payment and in your booking confirmation, and set out in our Cancellation Policy. Non-refundable rates cannot be refunded or moved once paid. Cancellations must be requested in writing to info@enjoyapartments.com.
7. Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 3 business days of the cancellation (10 business days after check-out for security deposits). How long the money takes to appear in your account depends on your card issuer.
8. Right of withdrawal
Under article 103(l) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation booked for specific dates. The cancellation terms of your rate apply instead.
9. Shipping
EnjoyApartments does not sell physical goods and ships nothing. Your confirmation, invoice and arrival instructions are sent by email, and the service is provided at the apartment.
10. House rules
Guests must identify themselves on arrival as required by law and respect the maximum occupancy and house rules of each apartment.
