A fully furnished apartment designed to meet the expectations of any traveler visiting the city! The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, and all the appliances you need to cook and prepare a delicious breakfast before heading out to explore the vibrant streets of the Ciudad Condal. The apartment features a full bathroom and two bedrooms with flexible bed arrangements: two single beds that can be converted into doubles. By default, one room is set up with two single beds and the other with a double bed. If a different arrangement is required, it is MANDATORY to request it at least 24 hours in advance. Following the bedrooms, you’ll find the spacious living room and a dedicated area for work or study. A few steps further, you’ll discover the large garden—a bright and cheerful space that adds a special touch to the apartment. Flexible rate: free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in, with everything you paid refunded. Cancel between 3 and 7 days before check-in and we refund 50% of the accommodation plus the full cleaning fee. Inside 3 days, or if you do not show up, the stay is not refundable. Non-refundable rate: 10% cheaper, no refund and no date changes once paid. Tourist tax is paid on arrival, so it is never charged if you cancel.
