The apartment is served by a lift and has access to a large roof terrace that is shared between 5 apartments. A reception is open from monday to friday 10-18 (except holidays) for guests to check in and check out, offer local information and provide secure luggage storage if required. The apartment is situated in the heart of the old city within easy walking distance of the marina, the old cathedral, the Ramblas and the beach. Cancellation Policy
Flexible rate: free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in, with everything you paid refunded. Cancel between 3 and 7 days before check-in and we refund 50% of the accommodation plus the full cleaning fee. Inside 3 days, or if you do not show up, the stay is not refundable. Non-refundable rate: 10% cheaper, no refund and no date changes once paid. Tourist tax is paid on arrival, so it is never charged if you cancel.
