About this apartment
This apartment is located not far from metro stop Urgell and close to buses. It is recently redecorated and has 3-4- bedrooms. It is ideal for spending some time in Barcelona It is a quiet residential area with some very quaint bars and restaurants in the zone. There is a very good connection to public transportation. Buses and metro nearby. My monthly rent does include supplies. A rough estimate of 150 eur/month is calculated for this apartment. Any overconsumption, if any, is settled at departure. The building is located in a quiet area within the busy city center of Barcelona. There is a paid parking next door where I can make arrangements for you to park, should you come by car. Count between 20-25 eur/day. Remember that for monthly rental it is essential that we have a proof of the duration of stay, you can not inscribe in this apartment and must have a home address in your home country. Without proof of the duration of stay we can not make a contract and we can not rent the apartment.

House Rules
- No parties, no drugs, no bad behavior in general. Guest must be over 21 years of age (or accompanied by parents/tutors).
Cancellation Policy
Flexible rate: free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in, with everything you paid refunded. Cancel between 3 and 7 days before check-in and we refund 50% of the accommodation plus the full cleaning fee. Inside 3 days, or if you do not show up, the stay is not refundable. Non-refundable rate: 10% cheaper, no refund and no date changes once paid. Tourist tax is paid on arrival, so it is never charged if you cancel.
