One of the bedrooms, with two single beds, is en suite, providing extra comfort and privacy. The apartment also includes a living and dining area, ideal for relaxing or enjoying meals together. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, fan oven, gas hob, and washing machine, along with all the essentials needed for cooking, including dishes, cutlery, and cookware. Additional amenities include WiFi, centralized air conditioning, fan and heating in both bedrooms and the living room, as well as a Smart TV. The living and dining area offers a dining table, a comfortable sofa bed, making it the perfect space to unwind after a day exploring the city. For your comfort, fresh linens, towels, shampoo, and body gel are provided for all guests. Check-in at 3:00 pm. Check out 11:00 am. Flexible rate: free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in, with everything you paid refunded. Cancel between 3 and 7 days before check-in and we refund 50% of the accommodation plus the full cleaning fee. Inside 3 days, or if you do not show up, the stay is not refundable. Non-refundable rate: 10% cheaper, no refund and no date changes once paid. Tourist tax is paid on arrival, so it is never charged if you cancel.
