- Reasons for not returning the security deposit are as follows:
- -Non authorized departures prior to the time estimated given to the owner or the agency.
- -Accommodating more people than stipulated in the reservation contract.
- -Disturbing the neighborhood/community. Any guest who causes excessive noise or disturbance will be asked to leave the apartment immediately with no refund at all.
- - Rest hours: from 9p.m to 8a.m > it's not allowed to make party/noise
- -Any large damage or theft committed to the apartment by the tenants.
- Please note that to have better control over the use of the terrace, we might request you to sign an annex of the contract with additional rules and conditions on the appropriate behaviour and use of terrace & apartment (especially for younger groups).

Cancellation Policy
Flexible rate: free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in, with everything you paid refunded. Cancel between 3 and 7 days before check-in and we refund 50% of the accommodation plus the full cleaning fee. Inside 3 days, or if you do not show up, the stay is not refundable. Non-refundable rate: 10% cheaper, no refund and no date changes once paid. Tourist tax is paid on arrival, so it is never charged if you cancel.
