This apartment still features the original characteristics of the building with modern updates. You will find 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The dining/living is located on the back side of the building. Bedrooms are in the front and back of the apartment. Entering this apartment, you will find that there is one bedroom/bathroom to the left. This bedroom has a double bed and closet with the bathroom connected to it. On the right, the dining room and kitchen can be seen. There is also a toilet bathroom next to the kitchen. Further into the apartment, you will see the living room with the second bedroom on the right. This bedroom also has a double bed and plenty of storage. At the back of the apartment, there is a gallery room with plenty of windows and natural light. There is a TV in the living room and through the wireless (WIFI) internet connection you can stay in touch with your friends and family at home. There is a sizeable couch that can be found in the living room. The kitchen is located in the center of the apartment. It is a simple kitchen, stocked with all the necessary things you may need. It is a newly renovated kitchen with new appliances. If you want to stay with your family, with friends or for business in Barcelona, in a central and calm/nice district, this fully equipped apartment will definitely fulfil your needs. This is an apartment in a protected building, which implies that many elements need to stay in original state. Floor-tiles in some part may be cracked. Important to take this into account.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible rate: free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in, with everything you paid refunded. Cancel between 3 and 7 days before check-in and we refund 50% of the accommodation plus the full cleaning fee. Inside 3 days, or if you do not show up, the stay is not refundable. Non-refundable rate: 10% cheaper, no refund and no date changes once paid. Tourist tax is paid on arrival, so it is never charged if you cancel.
