This apartment is available for leisure, tourism and holiday purposes only. Recently refurbished monthly rental apartment, close to public transport, supermarket and universities like EADA or EAE. In the apartment, there are 4 bedrooms. Three of them include a closet, single bed and night stand. The last bedroom includes 2 single beds, a double closet and 2-night stands on each side of the beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one fully equipped kitchen and, at the end of the apartment, you can find a small gallery used as a dining room.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible rate: free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in, with everything you paid refunded. Cancel between 3 and 7 days before check-in and we refund 50% of the accommodation plus the full cleaning fee. Inside 3 days, or if you do not show up, the stay is not refundable. Non-refundable rate: 10% cheaper, no refund and no date changes once paid. Tourist tax is paid on arrival, so it is never charged if you cancel.
