About this apartment
# Important note: all legal and licensed apartments in Barcelona are obliged to pay a tourist tax, which is excluded of the prices. Read more below in "other things to note". You will enter the apartment -unusually perhaps- from the kitchen area. This is located towards the center of the apartment. It is a simple kitchen that is just equipped with the necessary electrical appliances so you have everything you need for cooking a small meal. A flashy Nespresso machine will spice up your morning coffee ;) Continuing now to the hall left we will find the bathrooms and the living room next to which there is a gallery on the backside of the building. On the right hand side you will find the 3 bedrooms, which lead all the way to the streetside. Taking a walk through the apartment, therefore if we were to start from the back of the building, we would find a gallery where there is a washing machine and a little bookshelf. Next to it you can find the spacious living room, with a large dining table and couch. This room is attached to the two full bathrooms. One has a shower and the other one has a bathtub. Once that you continue, and you pass the kitchen block in the middle, we will find the bedrooms. From the 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has AC in the dressing-room part of the master bedroom, then in the middle bedroom also there is AC and not in the third bedroom. There also is another AC in the living room.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible rate: free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in, with everything you paid refunded. Cancel between 3 and 7 days before check-in and we refund 50% of the accommodation plus the full cleaning fee. Inside 3 days, or if you do not show up, the stay is not refundable. Non-refundable rate: 10% cheaper, no refund and no date changes once paid. Tourist tax is paid on arrival, so it is never charged if you cancel.

The Sagrada Familia, Antoni Gaudi’s architectonical masterpiece, is located three blocks from here. The Diagonal is less than 1 minute away. I’m located in the core of the Eixample, meaning more tranquility and a calmer pace than Barcelona’s Old Town. I enjoy an advantaged location to get to know the newest sites in Barcelona, the Agbar Tower, Els Encants (Barcelona’s biggest Flea & Street Market) or the Design Museum (DHUB). Within 15 minutes walking, you have access to emblematical sites, like the Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site, the Arco de Triunfo, the Casa de les Punxes, the Auditorium, the Teatre Nacional de Catalunya, the Casa Batlló, the shops at the Paseo de Gràcia or the urban district 22@ Barcelona, the new tech and business hub in Barcelona. The metro station Monumental is 3 minutes from the apartment. With the metro network you have all of Barcelona at your feet.
